2. Products
We sell hemp-based nutritional supplement products through our website.
All product descriptions, images, nutritional information, and pricing are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to the natural nature of the product.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Customers should always seek professional medical advice before making dietary changes or using supplements if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing medical conditions.

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Limit quantities purchased

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).  We are not currently VAT registered.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Northern Ireland only.

Standard delivery charge:
£5.99 per order

Estimated delivery timeframe:
2–5 working days

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

5. Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer regulations, customers may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened
  • Products must be unused
  • Packaging must remain in resalable condition

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food or supplement products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Product Storage & Usage
Customers should:

  • Store products in a cool, dry place
  • Follow usage guidance provided on packaging
  • Consume products before the stated best-before date

We are not responsible for improper storage or misuse of products after delivery.

7. Allergies & Nutritional Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchase.

While care is taken during production and packaging, we cannot guarantee products are completely free from allergens or trace contamination.
If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

8. Website Use
All website content, including images, branding, product descriptions, and logos, remains the property of Hemp & Honey Farm unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

  • Copy website content
  • Reproduce product images
  • Use branding without permission

 

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hemp & Honey Farm shall not be liable for:
